What is your processing timeline?

All orders are processed in order received. You will receive a notification, with tracking information, when your order has shipped. 

Processing times may increase during busy holiday seasons. If you have specific timing requirements, please contact us directly at: customerservice@hollybross.com.

Delays may occur due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.

How much is shipping?

We offer free flat rate shipping within the United States. Additional charges may be applied to orders outside of the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Holly B is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@hollybross.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do.

Each product is made to order. Wood is a natural product and the grain will vary from piece to piece. Stain colors may vary. Some imperfections may be present and we believe these variations add to the authentic quality of our products.

But, if for any reason you are unhappy, please email us at customerservice@hollybross.com to let us know. We will be happy to issue an exchange for a different product. All return shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt and you are responsible for the additional shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will send information regarding how to order the requested product in exchange.
